Gen-Fab was established in 1997 by a team of experts in the fabrication & welding industries. We offer a one-stop-shop , from design through production to delivery of fully finished products. Our production facilities include laser cutting, welding, forming, and full product fabrication.

Founder partners Darrell Charlesworth & John Shaw, with over 30 years of experience in the sheet metal & fabrication industries, formed Gen-Fab in 1997. Forming close relationships with our customers and appreciating their needs for quality of service, we have quickly grown and recognised the increasing role of new technologies. We soon realised the need to expand into industrial laser cutting.

A wide customer base includes the rail maintenance industry, mineral and mining and an international domestic boiler manufacturer are to name but a few. To maintain business with such companies, Gen-Fab continues to demonstrate total commitment to quality, working to ISO standards.
