In addition to our most popular services, we also provide a comprehensive range of other services to our customers. These services include Waterjet cutting, flame cutting, and plasma cutting.
All of our other services can be requested standalone or alongside other services such as steel fabrication and press work. Here’s what you need to know about our other services:
Waterjet cutting
Waterjet cutting is an increasingly popular service with us. Our Waterjet machines can project water at up to 60,000 pounds per square inch (PSI) which is enough to cut through metals, stones and manmade materials like fibre glass and carbon fibre up to 230mm.
Even hardy materials like titanium and stainless steel offer little resistance, and finished products look incredible with no heat affected zone or rough edges. We recommend Waterjet cutting for many materials and if we can source it then we can cut it. Additionally, we can cut materials at various speeds for rough, medium or fine edge quality.

Flame cutting
We have been providing flame cutting services since we were founded in 1997 and despite being an older technology, flame cutting is still an efficient steel profiling method. It is also cost-effective and can support high production runs, making it ideal for mass production.
Our flame cutting machines support a cutting thickness from 6mm to 270mm and work best with carbon steel and other alloys. A fantastic finish can be achieved on stainless steel and mild steel and we offer short lead times for this service. Heat affected zones are apparent with flame cutting, but we clean and fettle all products before they are dispatched.

Plasma cutting
Plasma cutting is one of the best profiling solutions for carbons, steels and aluminium’s. The benefit over flame cutting is that plasma cut products have no heat affected zones and you end up with a higher quality product overall – perfect for when ‘okay’ simply won’t cut it.
Our plasma cutting machines can cut carbons, steels and aluminium’s up to 40mm thick in sheet and plate form and depending on the thickness of the metal, plasma cutting can work out cheaper than flame cutting. If that works out to be the case with your requirements, we will offer you a few different cutting options to ensure that you get the best value.
